The Rise of Moombahton
A new genre of electronica has been brewing on the blogoshpere this summer, and its called moombahton The genre was popularized by Dillon Francis, Diplo & Datsik. The sound is a mix of reggaeton rhythms, dutch house & dubstep. It is gettin a lot of in L.A. Clubs, but it has not seemed to make it down south yet.
Ben G's #TAKEOVER
No one can deny Ben G these days. After the release of Studio Homicide 2.0 it seems like Brightsound's own Ben G has been steadily gaining a bigger buzz. Last week he finally got his first (long over-due) post on The Hype Machine. Look for big thing out of Ben G this fall as he plans to go on a college tour in the S. E. C.
